This seminar focuses on the real mistakes observed in nearly 200 AI automations, of which only 6 are still successfully used today. AI has the potential to solve real business problems and generate or save significant amounts of money — but only when it can be trusted. Issues with AI solutions rarely stem from the models themselves. Much more often, they result from their dependencies: the quality of input data, extraction methods, user experience (UX), and the business logic behind the instructions guiding AI decision-making.
The seminar places special emphasis on data-related problems. Examples and lessons are based on CRM data from Ampeko. By analyzing 10,000 companies with AI, 2,500 companies with potential for over 600 million turnover were identified. All results are additionally validated by humans. Possible solutions and inevitable trade-offs in working with data for AI purposes will be presented.
This is a conceptual seminar based on real examples and data-driven lessons from working with AI data. It is not a practical seminar on building AI agents.
