• As a speaker: Early Bird CFP is open, allowing earlier notifications 
• As a booth host: Open-source communities and supporting sponsors welcome; limited booth space 
• As a track organizer: Run your own devroom/workshops with logistic support from COSCUP 
• As a sponsor: Support the volunteer-run event and gain visibility

🎯 What to Expect:

• A two-day event combining open-source and Ruby topics 
• 30-minute sessions with Q&A 
• Keynotes, talks, hands-on workshops, and BoF gatherings 
• Booth area featuring communities, companies, and interactive demos

🚀 Key Dates:

• Early Bird CFP opens now, closes ~Mar 31, 2025; speaker notifications by Apr 15
• General CFP closes May 10, 2025 
• Community track application deadline: Mar 22, 2025 
• Booth application deadline: Jun 10, 2025

• Free attendance, organized fully by volunteers with sponsor support 
• Typically over 3,000 attendees, 20+ community booths and international participation

Hosted at NTUST, Taipei – a major science and tech university. Program includes talks, workshops, community tracks managed via Pretalx, plus sponsor booths and BoF sessions
