Diana Racheva has over 20 years of experience leading teams, projects, and organizational transformations with a focus not only on processes and systems but on the growth of people through change.

As a Scrum Master, Enterprise Agile Coach, and consultant, she works on continuous improvement, authentic leadership, and organizational transformation, creating cultures where people feel seen, valued, and engaged.

Diana is a professional coach certified by Erickson Coaching International, supporting leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams to find clarity, internal connection, and sustainable success through mindful and courageous action.

Currently, together with Anelia Manolova and Vasya Vankova, she is a co-founder of Courageous Coaches – Bulgaria's first coaching platform that connects people, teams, and organizations with certified coaches and personalized learning experiences aimed at delivering real impact and value through coaching. Their team works with clients in Bulgaria, Europe, and Asia, creating transformation through connection and brave dialogue.
