📝 Overview:
As artificial intelligence rapidly reshapes industries and the way we work, is digital literacy still sufficient? Or are we overlooking the importance of AI-specific skills?

Join this panel discussion to explore the growing divide between digital and AI literacy and what true readiness looks like in the AI age. We'll explore how different job roles require different depths of understanding, what the European AI Act implies for workforce skills, and whether organisations are genuinely equipping employees for the AI era—or simply ticking boxes.

🎯 Key topics:

• What is AI literacy, and how does it differ from digital skills?
• Is compliance with the AI Act achievable with basic training?
• What depth of knowledge is required for different organisational roles?
• What does meaningful AI upskilling look like?
