With the boom of artificial intelligence, product teams are under more pressure than ever to deliver new features quickly – often spending over 80% of their time on delivery and less than 20% on discovery. Product managers are expected to move at startup speed while making smart, data-driven decisions. However, discovery often remains ad hoc, interviews are scattered across documents and chats, and decisions rely mainly on intuition.

In this hands-on workshop, we will apply an AI-powered startup approach to discovery and validation, specifically tailored for product teams in tech companies. You will see how Icanpreneur acts as an AI co-founder for product managers – the "CEOs of the product" – helping you uncover real customer problems, conduct and synthesize interviews, turn insights into an evidence bank, and connect these directly with your roadmap and go-to-market strategic decisions, while working on your real product during the session.

Emil Tabakov is a Product Manager at Icanpreneur, where he helps founders and product teams turn ideas into traction and traction into repeatable growth. With hands-on experience building products from zero to one, Emil brings a practical, no-fluff approach to entrepreneurship. Prior to Icanpreneur, he worked at Coursera and Telerik, combining tech, education, and startup know-how. Emil is also a guest speaker at Telerik Academy and Product School, sharing insights on Product Management. In his spare time, he develops a mobile app for 5kmrun.bg, the largest running community in Bulgaria. When he’s not on his laptop, you’ll likely find him outdoors – running, cycling, or splitboarding. He’s always up for a good product conversation – especially over coffee.
