She currently leads the Performance and Automation Mobile team while remaining a hands-on engineer who still actively codes. Laura is passionate about creating safe and engaging environments where engineers can grow and thrive.

Nita Patil – Senior QA Engineer, Devexperts
Nita has more than a decade of experience in digital accessibility. She has worked on a wide variety of projects focused on making digital content accessible to all users. Her work is deeply influenced by her belief in karma and spirituality, and she also practices yoga to maintain balance in her professional and personal life.

Ina Komoshvili – QA Engineer, Devexperts
Ina has five years of experience in QA, with two years dedicated to accessibility testing. She is a passionate advocate for accessibility and frequently speaks at conferences and public events on the topic.

Aline Souza – QA Senior Consultant, Aubay
Aline brings international experience in complex projects where she connects quality, risk, and business value through testing strategy and automation. She is passionate about evolving quality culture in agile teams, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.

Elena Kulgavaya – Lead QA Engineer, Source2Sea
Elena has over 15 years of experience in test automation and quality engineering. She specialises in designing effective testing strategies that support continuous delivery and long-term product reliability. Throughout her career, she has built QA processes from scratch and helped teams establish sustainable engineering-driven approaches to quality.
