Stanislav Zmiycharov has over 10 years of experience in software development, currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Amusnet.
He holds degrees in Software Engineering and Software Technologies from Sofia University.
Stanislav has built and led multiple engineering teams from scratch, focusing on talent development and technical excellence.
Outside of tech, his drive and discipline come from sports — as a five-time national karate champion, marathon runner, and former volleyball player, he believes the same principles of discipline and consistency apply to engineering success.
