According to the BCS BASF Service model, deploying Business Change is a common service offered by BA teams. But is this really so? In this interactive session, we’ll explore whether BAs are delivering Business Change consciously or by default, and how effectively this is being done. We’ll discuss tools, models, and team dynamics—whether BAs are generalists, specialists, or something in between. For teams not involved in change deployment, who takes on the responsibility and how do they collaborate with BAs? And why does Business Change matter at all?

Expect open dialogue, breakout discussions, and a reflection on Saffron’s 25+ years of experience with major UK employers, including her time at Ordnance Survey and her current leadership role at Pets at Home.
