Atanas has more than 25 years of experience in education, working both as a university lecturer and as a manager in the private sector responsible for designing and implementing training strategies.
Today he is an Associate Professor at Sofia University and combines academic insight with hands-on leadership experience to help organizations build effective learning processes.
