? Start Time: 5:00 PM CET
 ? Format: Online webinar

? About the event:
Manual testing is the cornerstone of web accessibility. It reveals how well designers and developers understand the tools they use and whether their sites are truly accessible.
? In this session, you’ll learn:
- How to use a screen reader (VoiceOver on MacOS)
 - What issues to look for and how to fix them
 - Why semantic HTML and proper ARIA usage are essential
 - How sometimes even "perfectly written code" can still fail accessibility standards

? The event includes a Q&A session (in English and German). Recording, slides, and a summary article will be available afterward.
? Target audience:
Everyone — from project managers and designers to especially developers and testers who want to deepen their accessibility testing skills.
?️ Host:
Julia Undeutsch, Web & UX Accessibility Specialist @ Atos Austria
? This session is part of the Accessibility Webinar Series by GDG Vienna, happening every 4th Thursday of the month, with a live in-person event in Vienna planned for autumn.
