📢 Topic: From Await Chains to Pipelines using Queues
👨‍💻 Speaker: Ilian Iliev

💭 What we’ll talk about:
Using async does not automatically make your code faster or allow it to run concurrently ⚙️. In this talk, we will see how to create actual asynchronous pipelines using queues 📥📤 and discuss the pros 👍 and cons 👎 of this approach.

🎙️ About the speaker:
Ilian has been programming since 2003 and has loved Python since 2009 🐍❤️. He appreciates Python for its simplicity, power, and flexibility. Currently, he works as a software engineer at Redis, focusing on the Redis Data Integration product.
He enjoys sharing knowledge 📚, helping others improve their skills 🌱, especially beginners finding their way in programming 🧭. Ilian actively participates in conferences and community events 🎤, enjoys meeting new people 🤝, exchanging ideas 💡, and fostering learning.
