Speaker bio:
Kalin Stoev is Co-Founder & Head of Engineering at xHeal.ai with over 7 years of experience in building production-grade mobile, web, and enterprise systems. He contributed to developing xHeal.ai, the world’s first AI Wellness Companion integrating medical, fitness, mental health, and nutritional data on one intelligent platform. He worked with Fortune 500 companies including ServiceNow, bet365 (45M+ users), Sensata Technologies/Bosch (automotive assembly lines), and the U.S. Department of State (270+ embassies). Kalin engineered zero-downtime migrations from C# to Go for high-load systems and developed production HMI/PLC software for automotive manufacturing lines. He led a strangler fig migration of a 15-year-old Visual Basic monolith to event-driven microservices, increasing development speed tenfold. He worked on real-time ETL data pipelines for multi-tenant ServiceNow IRE workflows and designed custom CI/CD pipelines for SAFe/Agile frameworks, reducing deployment times from 4 hours to 13 minutes (94% improvement). Kalin is also a Co-Founder & Event Organizer for BalchikCon (300+ participants, 85% YoY growth), Founder & CEO of BrainTech LTD (15+ enterprise clients), and has conducted 20+ technical workshops, training over 500 engineers in AI systems, mobile development, and cloud architecture.
