Emil is the AI Transformation Lead at myPOS, focused on making AI useful in contexts where “almost correct” is not good enough.
He works at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, turning cool AI ideas into production solutions that withstand real-world customers, regulations, and CFO pressure.

He is particularly passionate about the messy middle between prototype and production: evaluation, monitoring, and operational habits that protect teams from expensive surprises.

Outside of work, he’s probably pushing his body and mind somewhere out in the wild.
