Borislava Bagaliyska is a backend software engineer with over 6 years of experience across various domains, including workflow automation, platform extensibility, multi-cloud infrastructure-as-data, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
Currently at Iris.ai, she focuses on AI research and development, building an agentic workflow platform and applying it to real-world use cases like expert-support chatbots.
Borislava holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence.
