Modern LLMs (Large Language Models) have unlocked new capabilities for solving complex problems that were previously hard to model. However, as we transition from deterministic systems to agentic architectures, engineers face new challenges – unpredictability, reliability, and the complexity of context engineering.

This talk explores how to design and build controlled, reliable, and production-grade agentic systems, combining the creative power of LLMs with engineering rigor and architectural discipline.

Borislava Bagaliyska is a backend software engineer with over 6 years of experience across various domains, including workflow automation, platform extensibility, multi-cloud infrastructure-as-data, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
Currently at Iris.ai, she focuses on AI research and development, building an agentic workflow platform and applying it to real-world use cases like expert-support chatbots.
Borislava holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence.
