• Three separate Git repositories

• Kubernetes deployment

All developed by a single engineer, with limited frontend and zero Rust experience.
This part illustrates how EAID enables developers to operate as a full multi-specialty team by leveraging structured AI collaboration.

Participants propose a problem → the speaker implements it live using EAID principles.
