Maria Stefanova

Maria currently leads the Agile transformation of a startup team newly joined to a larger organization without established processes. She works on building planning, prioritization, and reporting systems from scratch, while integrating the working model with the wider organizational structure and its requirements.

Prior to this, she has worked both in large corporate environments—participating in portfolio planning, managing dependencies across departments, and building enterprise-level governance models—and directly with teams by introducing metrics, work structures, and practices that improve predictability and the connection between strategy and daily work.

Her experience spans the full spectrum—from working with individual teams to consulting leadership teams on organizational design, prioritization, dependencies, and difficult decision-making during growth.
