A great engineering culture [music] requires um the space for learning and innovation and a bit of fun. Trust and psychological safety. Trust. I would go with critical thinking. It requires [music] trust. Clarity. Collaboration. Understanding, particularly in the current climate. We have a lot of uncertainty and one of the things that is [music] certain that people are important, so to recognize that.
