DrupalCon Amsterdam 2019: Digital Transformation of Customer Selfcare in a Developing Country

The speaker discusses their work with Drupal 7, including the implementation of over 20 custom modules and extensive customization of Ubercart for enhanced user journeys. Additionally, he highlights the management of server infrastructure to comply with government regulations on data safety, ensuring the site efficiently serves around 120,000 daily visitors with a response time of just 2 seconds.
