This talk presents the exciting game show format 'DrupalCon’s Got Talent', featuring the CivicTheme design system edition. Participants, no coding knowledge required, compete in a 20-minute build sprint to create a homepage layout using the open-source Drupal CivicTheme. With a design brief provided by the CivicTheme team, contestants showcase their creativity on a pre-loaded Drupal site while a panel of celebrity judges evaluates their work based on adherence to the brief, creativity, and user-focus. Attendees gain a hands-on understanding of using the CivicTheme design system to craft component-based page layouts and learn the principles of user-centered design in Drupal.
