Gander in practice: start monitoring your site’s performance today

This workshop focuses on leveraging Gander, Drupal's new performance testing framework, to enhance the performance of web projects. The speaker, along with co-presenters, guides attendees through writing performance tests and refining existing PHPUnit tests with performance assertions. Participants will learn how to implement performance tests within their continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring that test suites accurately fail when regressions occur. By the end of the session, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of Gander's functionality and how to effectively monitor performance over time. Prior familiarity with Drupal's testing system and PHPUnit is recommended for attendees.
