D9 localization server upgrade initiative:taking care of our translation tools for Drupal community

This talk discusses the ongoing efforts to port the Drupal community translation server from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9, which was initiated by a group of volunteers at Drupal Dev Days in Ghent in April 2022. The first phase of this initiative focuses on porting existing features while also aiming to enhance the user interface, provide web services for language statistics, tackle crediting challenges, and integrate a translation memory tool. The speaker emphasizes the need for feedback from translation teams to ensure the tools meet user needs, inviting volunteers to participate in the effort during the event.
