The speaker outlines three key strategies to help projects thrive: transforming documentation into onboarding tools, utilizing demonstrations to quickly showcase project value, and implementing scalable mentorship models to support new contributors. Participants will gain practical insights on making documentation actionable, creating engaging demos, and developing sustainable mentorship approaches, all aimed at fostering a resilient and active contributor community.
