Building Agents with Spring AI, Sergi Almar

This talk explores the creation of functional AI agents that can plan, reason, use tools, ask clarifying questions, and collaborate. The speaker introduces the fundamentals of building agents using Spring AI, covering tool calling and workflows. As the session progresses, the focus shifts to developing autonomous agents equipped with recursive advisors and composable skills. The emerging agent protocol landscape is discussed, including MCP for interfacing with external tools and A2A for agent collaboration.
