Office Tech Talks is a series by DEV.BG, where we visit the offices of leading technology companies. The format brings the community together for practical topics, frontline conversations, and networking — live, in the host’s environment.
The fourth event in the series is DEV.BG @ OfficeRnD: Office Tech Talks and will take place on 30.06.2026 at MyFlex Megapark: Coworking Sofia (Tsarigradsko shose Blvd 115G).

This time the format consists of a 40-minute session + discussion with the audience. Our goal is not only to hear practical experience but to have a live discussion — how different teams change their processes when AI stops being just a “tool” and becomes part of the team. After the session, you can enjoy networking, catering, and drinks, as well as a stunning sunset view from the office’s large terrace.

AI tools have changed the way software is written. But what does it look like in practice to completely reshape the way a product engineering team plans, builds, and delivers software considering this opportunity?

At OfficeRnD, this question became a real initiative — and in this session, we share the journey: the mindset behind it, the workflow we designed, and our first insights about the impact on the engineering profile.

After the presentation, we will dedicate time for a live discussion: what works, what doesn’t, which processes change the most, and how different teams approach “AI as part of the team.” We invite you to come with questions and examples from your own practice.

About the speaker:

Yavor Mramorenski is Vice President of Engineering at OfficeRnD — a company developing software for the global flexible workspace industry. He has led engineering organizations in several countries in the insurance technology sector. Most of his career has been dedicated to one idea: how to build engineering teams that truly deliver results. Today his focus is on something new — what engineering leadership looks like when AI stops being a tool and becomes part of the team.
