Everyone wants to know the perfect formula for becoming a successful entrepreneur.
During the session, Boris will share numerous stories from companies he has worked with. From a retrospective viewpoint, he will highlight which approaches worked well and which were mistakes.

Based on experience, a "cook book" will be created with hopes to inspire imagination and learn to fail differently next time.

There will be a Q&A session.

About the speaker:
Boris has long wanted to create his own products and try entrepreneurship. Patiently and purposefully, he spent 8 years as an employee in a major Bulgarian software company, persistently seeking responsibility and roles to gain knowledge and experience. Over 9 years ago, he founded Qualifast, partnering with startups to build their technology solutions.
The most exciting part of his new path is the ability to deliver value and accumulate experience he gladly shares in sessions and seminars.
