Stoil Vasilev is the Co-Founder and CEO of Paypercut, a European fintech building the next generation of payments infrastructure for businesses across Central and Eastern Europe.

Before founding Paypercut, he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Corporate Development at SumUp, one of Europe’s leading fintech companies, where he led fundraising and investment strategy. With a career built at the intersection of fintech, venture capital, and cross-border growth, Vasilev brings direct operational experience scaling payments businesses across emerging European markets.

Under his leadership, Paypercut has raised EUR 7M across two rounds from investors including Concentric, Passion Capital, and Araya Ventures, and expanded to eight-plus markets across CEE.
