About the Speaker

Viktor Bilyanski

Viktor is the co-founder of Scalefocus, one of the largest Bulgarian software companies with around 1000 people, offices in three countries, and clients from Fortune 500. He holds an engineering degree from the Technical University with over 20 years of industry experience. Besides Scalefocus, Viktor co-founded the Bulgarian Angels Club, the largest angel investment network in Bulgaria, serves on the board of BASSCOM, and mentors at Endeavor. Scalefocus was founded in 2012 with just a few people and today has about 1000 employees, 7 locations in Bulgaria, Turkey, and North Macedonia, 500+ successful projects in 26 countries, and 300+ clients including Fortune 500 companies. Recently, the company has shifted from custom software development to building its own AI products.
