AGENDA:
The way we build software is about to change forever. For decades, every line of code has been written by programmers. However, with the rise of intelligent agents and AI-driven development, much of what we consider core engineering work is being automated.
If AI can design, test, and deploy systems, what remains for humans?
This talk confronts that question directly. We’ll explore how software development and the broader IT and technical work are evolving, highlighting the skill sets that will matter most. This shift is already here. And it will redefine not just technology, but your identity and your future.
