📅 Date: 11.03.2026

🎙️ Speaker: Stoyan Dimitrov

🔐 About the event:

This event is part of the IT Product & Project Management user group.

PROGRAM:

In the upcoming session on "Organizing and Scaling Teams," Stoyan Dimitrov will share practical experience from his work at Yotpo, where he participated in scaling the organization and several iterations of structure, processes, and coordination methods. We will discuss real situations, the solutions tried, what worked, what didn’t, and how we arrived at a more stable and sustainable model.

Session focus:

  • When does the current structure stop working: symptoms, signals, and typical consequences?
  • Transition from customer- and channel-based teams to product domain teams: how and why?
  • Ownership and boundaries: responsibilities, interfaces, and rules versus "everyone touches everything";
  • Dependencies: how to make them visible, reduce them, and when to accept compromise?
  • Work rhythm: multi-level planning and synchronization with few meetings;
  • Mistakes we made and practical rules that really work in large teams.
  • Q&A session

The event is free but requires mandatory registration.
