DrupalCon Baltimore 2017: Baby Steps, Lessons Learned & Big plans for Drupal Diversity and Inclusion

This talk focuses on the efforts of the Drupal Diversity & Inclusion Working Group, which was established after DrupalCon New Orleans to foster a more inclusive and diverse Drupal Community. The speaker discusses the group’s achievements and challenges from 2016, as well as plans for 2017, highlighting initiatives such as the Inclusion Scholarship and outreach regarding presenter demographics for DrupalCon Baltimore. Attendees are encouraged to engage in discussions around community priorities and actions needed for progress in inclusivity and diversity within Drupal.
