DrupalCon Dublin 2016: Approaches for UX changes big and small, the European edition

This talk focuses on enhancing the user experience (UX) in Drupal 8 and 9 by turning the platform outside-in to better align with user expectations. The speaker discusses how to prioritize and sequence UX enhancements for effectiveness, alongside the necessary processes for designing and building these improvements. The session also highlights current initiatives in Drupal, detailing both significant projects and smaller, incremental adjustments, while addressing existing blockers and strategies for their removal. Insights from a previous presentation at Drupalcon New Orleans will be shared, showcasing lessons learned and future strategies for accelerating UX development in Drupal.
