DrupalCon Nashville 2018: Community Convos: Governance Retrospective

This talk covers the ongoing efforts to improve community governance within the Drupal ecosystem. The Drupal Community Working Group, tasked with defining next steps by the Drupal Association and Dries Buytaert, engaged volunteers to create strategies for broader community involvement. The session highlights the results of a series of public online meetings and community discussions, focusing on feedback gathered from participants and insights gathered from a community governance survey. The members of the group aim to facilitate a retrospective discussion on enhancing participation in community governance.
