DrupalCon Prague 2013: RUNNING DRUPAL ON MICROSOFT'S AZURE CLOUD PLATFORM

This talk explores various methods for hosting Drupal sites on Microsoft's public cloud platform, specifically Azure. The speaker demonstrates how to deploy a Drupal site from GitHub to Azure Web Apps with continuous integration and covers the setup of autoscaling for optimal performance. Attendees will learn to provision an Ubuntu Linux virtual machine in Azure and utilize a pre-built Drupal community image. Additionally, this session includes guidance on implementing the Windows Azure Authentication module to enable social logins, allowing users to authenticate with Google or Microsoft accounts on their Drupal sites hosted in Azure.
