DrupalCon Seattle 2019: Grouped User and Content Management in D8

This talk presents a case study on managing decentralized content ownership within OHSU, one of Portland, Oregon's largest employers, which has over 16,000 staff members. The speaker explores the transition of more than 30,000 pages from an outdated CMS to Drupal 8, focusing on establishing governance for approximately 300 content contributors across various departments. Key topics include the initial technical architecture, the decision to implement the Group Contrib module, its customization, and the advantages and challenges of this approach.
