Is what are you trying to add to the team? And what is your outcome you're trying to achieve [music] rather than just adding numbers? Cost and culture. So, to find the proper teammates to build

and create a strong team. Figuring out how to scale yourself. There's a lot of difficult [music] parts of scaling a team. And then part of the question these days is do you even need to scale the team or are you going to scale [music] um more horizontally instead of scaling out your specific teams because who knows what's going to be needed in the age of AI.
