About this talk
SCaLE is the largest community-run open-source and free software conference in North America, held annually in the Los Angeles area. This year, the event features important discussions such as the keynote on privacy and digital surveillance, exploring the ongoing fight against these issues for over thirty years. Other topics include the development of interoperable agentic AI using the Open Floor Protocol, practical open-source security measures for large language models, and strategies for automating planogram generation with open-source and cloud AI. Additionally, there is a session dedicated to OSS contributor guidelines specifically for robotic applications, highlighting innovations and approaches in the evolving landscape of technology.
