Hello, good morning to everyone. It's such a pleasure to be here with all of you today. So, my name is Nectario Zeiss. I'm coming from Athens, Greece, and uh I'm the co-founder and CEO of Growth Point Company, a proud member of of GPA Investment Group. So today I'm here to show you some things about leadership. And for many years I have had the privilege to work with

business owners, CEOs, top executives, leadership teams from many different industries like retail, shipping, manufacturing, what else? Health. And no matter what the industry is, there is one big truth. The biggest difference between one business that grows and one that struggles is not the tools or the market but here. Okay. No. Ah, here it is. Leadership. And I know that you have came here to learn about new

tools, digital strategy, funnels, AI. But today I will speak for something more important. I will speak about the part that connects everything. And this is you, the leader. And I say that because I have worked for many times and for many businesses that had it all. They had good marketing, good products, solid tools, even talented people. But they didn't grow as they want to grow. They felt

stuck. Yes, the team were confused. They were busy but not really productive. They were stressed, no momentum, reacting on problems. And why? Why that happens? Because the team was not aligned. There was no connection. The vision wasn't clear. In short, leadership was missing. And I called that growth house. House is an is a Greek word and growth house is a state where everything is happening but nothing

really moving forward. Yes. And I learned and I realized that if you want to lead in a fast changing era like ours, you don't need more noise. You just need a rhythm. You need a leadership team who can create clarity, momentum, yeah, sustainable growth. And you need a rhythm, a leadership rhythm. So today I am here to help you to get this rhythm. Okay? With the power

of five. The power of five, it change the way I lead. And it it is very simple but it is very powerful. Yes, it's very powerful because we are talking about five simple habits that can change the way you lead every day. And the idea comes from my mentor John Maxwell, one of the best leadership experts worldwide. And once he told me a story. He told me,

"Just imagine that at the backyard of your house, you have a big tree and you want to cut off this tree." Yes. So you swing with an axe on it five times a day. Every day. Every day. Eventually the tree will fall. Yeah. It's not about the power. It's not about the power. It's about clarity. It is clear that we want to cut off this tree. It's

about using the right tool. It's about using an axe. Take action. Yeah. Swing five times a day. It's about focus, not power. That I want to cut this specific tree. And it's consistency every day. Every day. every day. Yes. So the first habit, it's clarity. This is the first habit. So ask yourself every day in the morning. What's the one thing you want to accomplish today? The

one thing, not five things, not 10 things, just one Because when something is clear in your mind, yeah, this creates focus and focus brings results and if you are not clear, your team isn't either clear. That's why sometimes we are confused and we are jumping from one task to another task and we don't get results. And don't stay only at yourself. Don't do only this question at

yourself. Go to your team too and come on and ask them what's the one thing they will move forward today. We are living in an age of distraction. Okay. So we have to help our team to have a clear goal and we want to align our team. Why? Because we will go faster. Yes. So it's very important to understand that if we have one goal, one meaningful

goal that really matters. I'm not saying about the things and the task that we do daily. one meaning meaningful goal. Okay, you are the leader. You are the leader. You have to set the space. Number two. Okay, I will go. Number two, use the right tools. Okay, and I know that here we are. We are in e-commerce and I know that you are love tools. Yes, you

are obsessed with tools, passionate new tools. What's the new tool? And that's great, my friends. But can I be honest to you? Can I? Yes. Okay. My friends, sometimes tools make things harder, not easier. So, it's not about having more tools. It's about having the right tools that will help our team perform better. It's not only about the tools, but which tools we will use to make

our team perform better. This is a good question and this is the reason that great leaders don't ask what's the newest tool or what's the newest technology. New leaders ask what's slowing us down. Okay, this is a great question to ask yourself and your team. what's slowing us down? Because if you identify what's slowing you down, then you will pick the right tool to move faster and

with more efficiency. It's not about the tools, okay? But which tools will we use to go faster? And go to your team too and ask them, is there something in your day that feels like a waste of time? is there. I know the answer. They will say yes. Okay, they will say Don't be obsessed about the tools. Just ask this question and look for bottlenecks. Yes, I

have seen sometimes in businesses that making so much meetings and then they are not doing the work. It's meeting after meeting after meeting after meeting after meeting and we don't do the work. Yes. Maybe it's a process. You have a process. I don't know. Maybe it's an old software. Find that. Find that and remove the friction because great leaders, great leaders, my friends, don't add more tools.

Our job as leaders is to remove friction. That's our job. Yes. How? By choosing the the right ones that they reduce noise and increase clarity. Number three habit, Take daily action. I know that a leader must think about the future, about the strategy and all that stuff. But a leader is a doer. Yes, this is a leader. But I want you to think and ask yourself to

be intentional in that. What's the the one action will you take today? Yes. to help your team because action creates movement and movement creates momentum and momentum creates results and we are all here for results don't we? Yeah, we want results. So go and ask your ask yourself what action will you take today to help your team or your business. Not a fancy thing. Sometimes we are

looking for so complicated things. But let me tell you something. A leader creates new leaders, not followers. Yep. Because this is the age of influencers and followers. No. No, my friends. A leader's job is to create new leaders. And if you do your things very complicated, it's too difficult to duplicate. That's why leadership is simple but very powerful. Yes. So what action will you take? Decide the

action and go for it. Yes. Number four. Stay focused. And as I told you, we are in the age of Phone calls, meetings, emails, notifications. Sometimes we have a pro a program and at 12:00 it's out of the window. Yes, the leaders understand the importance of focus. That's why they protect their focus. Yes. And I will give you a simple strategy. Block 30 minutes every day to

your calendar. But listen to me. Are you with me now? Yeah. Great. Focus these 30 minutes on what matters most. Not in your daily routine. Yes. No distractions, no phone calls, no nothing. I say 30 minutes. I will tell you the truth. It is 1 hour, not 30 minutes. But I want to be kind with you. Yes. And I say 30 minutes but it's one hour and

work on the business not in the business they are two different things on the a period of six months that I didn't do something like that because it was a startup and you know when it is a startup you are doing everything yes I lost lost my vision. So when you stay there, think strategically. Think about the future. Maybe reconnect with your vision. Yes. Use the time

to do things like that, things that you do every day. And focus creates clarity. And when you are focused, you can see things more clearly. Don't you, my friends? A leader is someone who sees more and before others. This is a leader. Yes. And if you are always destructive, how will you see more and before and last but not least, consistency. Yes, be consistent. You know something?

Anyone anyone can can lead just for once. Well, anyone. Yes. Anyone can inspire his team just for once. Anyone. But trust and results comes with consistency. Not just once. Only with consistency. And you have to be consistent. Yes. You have to keep your word. You have to show up. You have to be there. You have to keep the rhythm because you create safety to your No one

wants to work with someone who has ups and downs. Yep. How is he today? How is he? No one's. And this is a big truth. And when we lead people, we are we are responsible about what we are doing because everything is duplicating. Yes. good things and bad things. So be consistent. Ask yourself, where did I lead well today? And where can I be more consistent tomorrow?

Where can I be more consistent tomorrow? So, I want to give you a 30-day challenge. It's not complicated. It's a very easy challenge. Yes, very easy. For the next 30 days, do these five simple steps, my friends, I promise you something that something it will change. I can promise you that. It's not theory. It's five practical things. Ask your qu ask yourself what do I want to

accomplish today? Do I have the right tools? What action will I take today to lead better? When is my focus time? And how will I stay consistent? Yeah. How will I stay consistent? My friends, leadership is not a moment. Leadership is a daily practice. And remember something, we are not fall in the level. But no, we are not rising the level of our goals. We are fall

in the level of our habits. has nothing to do about the goals. That's why my mentor says that the secret of success is hiding on your And I want to leave you with a thought, the tools will change, the world will evolve. But if you grow the leader within and you help your leadership team grow too, then you will always be ready for what's next. You will

always be ready for what's next. And this is the reason at growth point we created for the first time an innovative system that can measure the leadership efficiency in 10 very important KPIs with real numbers. Yes. Because we know the gravity, the impact and the influence of a leader in a business success. We know that. and we want to create better leaders because if we create better

leaders we will create better businesses and this starts with you. The big difference it will make it will be made by you not the tools it's the people who they are using the tools. It's not the tools. Yes. So thank you very much. Connect with me. Ah go back. Because I want after 30 days you to tell me what changed not only in your organization but in

you too. Thank you very much. [Applause]
